- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Kon fails to listen to his patients needs. I needed glasses for computer use only. Being the first time Id needed or purchased glasses, I followed his recommendations. Having wasted money at Kons, I learned that there are specific lens types for viewing computers with anti-reflection and also that diagnosis may differ when diagnosing for computer use as apposed to everyday use for glass magnification. Further to this, when asked about anti-reflection lenses, Kon was dismissive and rude when dealing with questions.By Bill, March 10, 2020
